Social Media Sites
Businesses enjoyed building their brand free on social media sites for a long duration. You might have heard of some people complaining about the lack of people their organic posts are reaching. One thing that we must remember is that Facebook, Twitter, and other social media sites are businesses as well.
The most of their income come from advertisements; they will also generate revenue from paid posts from businesses like yours.
It might be worth a few dollars to promote your best content to reach a larger audience.
Everything goes in a circle. If there is one thing that I believe that has been overlooked with all of the marketing strategies that have changed over the past decade is the importance of customer service.
What is online customer service?
In person, you would be able to bring physically a product to a customer or bring them the product that they wish to purchase. The customer would gain trust by talking to you in person. You could easily give the shopper an enjoyable shopping experience by spending quality time with them.
Working with customers online is a little more difficult. You will not be able to bring them a product. You will not be able to build their trust with your smile or tone of voice. You will not be able to spend quality time with them to make them feel valued as a customer.
Your communication with your customers will be from words that will be read. Many times words can be taken different ways when read vs. heard.
It will take work to build customers trust working with them online. When you build their trust, they will become a loyal customer.
Engaging with your followers on social media might become the best marketing plan for 2016 and 2017. The different social media medium sites will make it easier for you to engage with different people. Concentration on engaging with followers rather than working to get more views on a post might be the best solution to increase your loyal following.
What are your thoughts? What will be the hottest Social Media Marketing Medium for 2016?
