How to find the best plugin for my site
There are thousands of plugins available and new plugins created every day. There is no one plugin that would be best for everyone.
Do a search on Google to find the best plugin for your blogging needs.
After you have found some plugins, read the reviews and what the plugin capabilities are so that you are offering the best services to your readers and creating an online environment that boosts your SEO and usability,
Ask these questions before you install a plugin:
- Is it compatible with your template?
- When was the last time it was updated?
- How many people are using it?
- Is there support with the plugin?
How to install WordPress plugins
Login to your WordPress blog.
Hover over the plugin link located on the left of your dashboard.
Click add new.
You will be redirected to a page where you will see the available plugins.
You will be able to see:
If you can not locate the plugin that you wish to install, perform a search in the search bar.
Click install now.
After it is installed, click activate.
Your plugin is now active on your site. You will need to adjust the settings of some of the WordPress plugins.
