Were you happy will the sales you generated last year?  What is your main goal for your art business this year?

The New Year brings a new beginning. You have a blank slate to work with.

What Is Your Main Goal For Your Art Business

It is the time of year when all you hear about is setting goals.

The New Year brings us hope and motivation.

We look back at the past and reminisce about the good times and hope to change the things we fell short on.

Why Do So Many People Fall Short Of Their Goals

There are some common variables why so many people fall short on their New Year goals.

Most people who fall short of their goals lack vision.

Their goals are not specific.

Losing weight is a common goal you will hear many people talk about during the New Year.

Losing weight is a great goal for living a healthier lifestyle but what does losing weight mean?

If you lose ½ a pound does that mean you achieved your goal and you can go back to your old habits?

Does losing weight mean losing 5, 10, or 20 pounds?

How do you know when you have reached the finish line if you do not have a specific number you want to reach?

Saying, “I want to lose 10 pounds” is a specific goal that is achievable.

This goal gives you a specific number to work towards.

Other common reasons goals fail is due to the lack of planning, not knowing what is working and what is not working, lack of motivation and not being held accountable.

List Of Business Goals

Have you ever felt as if you were spinning your wheels but not going anywhere?

One reason you might feel like you are spinning like a top is that you have created an unrealistic to-do-list.

I believe that we can do anything we put our mind to.

The problem that most of us face is that we want it all now. That is unrealistic given the number of hours we have in a day.

That is why it is important to prioritize your goals.

Exerting your energy into one goal at a time will help you to achieve more goals in the long run.

Make a list of your goals.

After you have your list, make a new list of four or five goals you would like to achieve this year.

Once you have that list completed, put the most important goal on the top. This will be the goal you will focus on until you have completed it.

After you have completed that goal you will move on to the next goal.

Goals And Objectives

This is the year you will shine.

You will achieve great things for your art business.

After this year you will have a strong foundation for your business and you will be able to take to where ever your mind can envision.

Your goals and objectives will lead you to your destination.

Setting Achievable Goals

Setting goals are what has helped me to be self-employed for over 25 years. If I never set goals I would not be where I am today.

Because I understand how important setting goals are, I have created these workbooks, planners, and video courses to help you write goals you can achieve.
