Create An Outline For Long-Form Content
All of the best blog posts have:
- An intro
- 3-5 sections with subsections that explain the main topic
- A conclusion
Separate Sections And Sub Sections With Headers
Headers help search engines understand what the content of a blog post is about. They also make it easier for your readers to find what they are searching for, and they keep your post easy to read.
H1 header is the most important header for a blog post and tells search engines what the post’s topic is. The H1 is the post title, and you will not have to do anything special to create an H1 header. All you have to do is place the title where it says “Add Title” in WordPress’s new posts.
H2 headers are the second most important header for your post and should include related keywords about the post. H3 headers are the third most important and so on.
To create an H2 header in HTML, write the following in the HTML section. <h2 Your section title /h2>
You can also change headers in WordPress by highlighting the text and click on H2.
Follow the same instruction for creating an H3 header, just use H3 instead of H1.
Keywords are words and phrases that people use in the search bar to discover the content they are searching for.
The keywords you want to rank for a particular art blog post should be included in the H1, H2, and H3 headers and evenly spread out in the content. Using the exact same words throughout your art blog posts is known as keyword stuffing, and your page will be penalized if you stuff your post with keywords.
On the other hand, using LSI keywords related to your main keywords is recommended, and the LSI keywords should be used for the H2 and H3 headers and throughout the entire post.
To find LSI keywords, go to LSIGraph (it is free) and type in the keywords that you want to rank for in the search bar, and click Generate.
A list of related phrases will appear and it will also show you the trend and approximately how many times the phrase is searched per month.
Craft Your Title
Make sure you take some time crafting a title that people will want to click on. Like we have mentioned earlier, the title is the H1 header, and it is the most important part for search engines. Try to include your keywords at the beginning of the title. If you can’t make the title sound good at the front, include it towards the end.
The best advice we can give you is to keep the title as straight forward as possible and include the keyword phrase.
Do not try to trick the readers into clicking on your link with clickbait titles. Always deliver what you promise. Even though you want to optimize your posts for the search engines, you also want to make sure you are writing for your audience. Your main objective is to write content that your audience finds helpful and inspires them to visit your site regularly.

The permalink is the address for a page or post, and it is essential to get it right the first time because it is permanent. You can change the title of a post at any time, but it is much more difficult to change the permalink, and it will require you to do a redirect, which will slow down your site.
The permalink should be the keywords you are trying to rank for. Remove any numbers, prepositions, and conjunctions like, and, of, the for before you hit publish. Stick to just using the keywords for the permalinks.

First And Last Line
After the title, the first and last lines are the most important parts of your post. Optimize your first and last line of the post with H2 headers and include LSI Keywords relating to the main keywords you are trying to rank for.
Not only is the first line important for Google, but it also tells the reader what your post is about. For the first line, all you have to do is restate the title using different words.
For the conclusion, part of the post include the keywords and use an H2 header. For example, you could use, Final Thoughts About (your keywords).
And then write a paragraph or two to close the article.

Add Images And Videos
One of the many key factors that affect PageRank is how long people stay on the post. If your readers stay on your page for five minutes or longer, Google will note that your post provides the best content for a reader’s query and rank your post higher in search. On the other hand, if people leave your site quickly, Google will notice and rank your post lower in search.
One way to keep people on your post longer is by including images that relate to the post and videos that support your post’s topic.
The downside is that if you do not resize your image, your art blog post will load slowly, and that will also affect your PageRank. Google rewards fast-loading sites. Many factors affect site speed, but one easy fix is to resize your images.
