How To Manage Plugins In WordPress
Plugins allow you to easily modify or customize your WordPress site. There are thousands of free and paid plugins available. Keep in mind that the more plugins you have the slower your site will be. Only use the ones that you need to enhance your WordPress site.
To manage your plugins, hover over Plugins and click Install Plugins on the left sidebar.
You will be redirected to a page where you can install new plugins or manage plugins already installed.

Install A Plugin
Click the Add New link on the top of the page.
You can search for a plugin with the search bar or by clicking Featured, Popular, Recommended or Favorites on the top menu bar.
After locating the desired plugin click on the Install Now link.
After the plugin has been downloaded click Activate Plugin.
The plugin you have just activated can now be found in the list of activated plugins.
Under each plugin’s title, you will have links for settings, deactivate, and edit.
If a plugin needs to be updated, a link will appear. Click the Update link to update the plugin. It is important to keep up to date on your updates. Updating your plugins and Theme will make your site more secure.
Each plugin will have a different setting you will need to configure. Follow the instructions for the plugin you wish to modify. There are many helpful YouTube videos to help you with the settings of the most popular plugins.
