You need an audience to have your artwork seen on your Facebook page. Building an audience will be a continued effort in the future. At first, it is very easy to get started.

You probably already know that Facebook changes every time that you turn around. These continued changes make it difficult for businesses to keep up to date.
I am going to share with you the steps you will need to take to start building your Facebook business audience.
Some of the steps might be slightly different depending on when you are reading this.
Ask a Friend
Facebook wants you to succeed. They have made it easy for you to start building your audience. You can do this by asking your friends from your personal Facebook profile to follow your business page.
Your family and friends will be some of the most loyal followers that you will have. Build an audience with your closest friends and family. You will then have a solid foundation for you to build your page.
Once you have created your page, add some posts. You will want to have some content up before you start to ask your friends to follow your page.
Login to your Artist Business Page
Click the link Invite friends to like this page located on the left menu section of your page.
A window will pop up with a list of your friends on your personal profile page.
Go through the list and invite everyone that you would like to ask to follow your page. Click the invite link to invite them.
Sit back and watch your audience grow.
Facebook is an excellent tool to help build an audience for your artwork. Now that you have an audience you will want to start focusing on a marketing plan.
