Quietly stirring up a small storm online is a startup that will revolutionize businesses store, use and share content. Snippit is a Saas startup that started in mid-2019. They are in the pre-launch phase but have managed to create a bit of traction online. And guess what? It’s all being done with content marketing (to prove their point)!
I am the founder fo Snippit, Ryan Larson. I’ve been lucky enough to grow up with modern media and even luckier to have adapted to understand it from a business perspective. There is a huge untapped opportunity with content. Too many online gurus and specialists recommend paid ads on social media as a priority. In the short term, they work great. When done right, they convert and sell. But, after that? Unmeasurable.
Content is different. It is a much more organic and natural way to subtly promote your business. Though, it has been long questioned due to the fact that it does not allow for instantaneous results. It is a long term, relationship-building strategy.
I’m here to tell you that (from experience), those who can wait, see better and more steady results. Why? You’re building trust and giving value before even expecting anything in return.
Why Content Works So Much Better
Content is the act of publishing visible text, photos of videos with value. This value can include entertainment, information, and education. It isn’t selly, nor is it costly to distribute.
The reason it is such an effective tactic is because it builds a relationship. Think of it as making new friends. There are the people that you say “Hey” to, and never speak to again. But, there are those few who stick and willingly develop a relationship with you. Then, there’s another tier of people who become very, very close.
Content follows the same formula, but just a bit more formal. It involves creating to please a viewer. The results of mastering content creating and marketing will be forever effective. It is undeniable!
The Problems with Content
The two most prominent complaints I get are that content is difficult to make on a creative and timely scale. And, these people have a reason to be upset by this. Content is so useful and highly converting, that it almost seems like a crime to miss out on making it during the hottest era of modern media.
And… now I am going to pitch to you. Snippit is a content management tool for businesses and creators! Easily store your existing content that is already published on your media outlets, or upload brand new content. Now, that you have your content safely stored, you can sort it and share it with team members!
Better yet, manipulate it with our suite of tools, including our Curations tool. This lets you drag and drop your stored content, repurposing it and saving a whole bunch of time! Then, schedule any posts to any platform (not just limited to social media)!
As a content marketer, I know the pain of hours in the field and behind the desktop creating content. And that is only half of it. Then, the time comes to distribute. Not only is it a huge learning curve because tactics and algorithms change every two months, but it is extremely time consuming.
Snippit basically fixes all of that. Drag, drop, schedule, post… done. And then, there’s more, as well. You can access the clickable prototype by entering your email on this page. Stop the pain, cut the hours and create better content, while still being able to manage and tend to your business’ formal needs!
