What Is A Facebook Page Name
The Facebook page name is the name of a Facebook business page. You can see the name under the profile photo of a business page.
The Facebook business page URL (and username) will change when you change your page name.

The name must accurately reflect the page

Abusive phrases that violate someone’s rights
Improper capitalization
The word official if the page is not the official page of the business

How Many Characters Allowed For A Facebook Page Name
Facebook allows 75 characters in a page name.
This is plenty for most artists. Keep in mind that you want the name to be easily remembered by your fans.
Change Your Facebook Fan Page Name with Less Than 200 Followers
Login to your Facebook Fan Page
Click the About link located below your cover photo.
Click Page Info found on the left. Hover left to the name that you would like to change and click Edit.
Enter your new name then click Save Changes.
That is all that you have to do to change your Facebook fan page name with less than 200 followers.
Change Your Facebook Fan Page Name with over 200 followers
Facebook allows you to change your name one time no matter how many followers you have.
Follow the same instructions above to change your name even if you have more than 200 followers.
I have heard of some situations where people were not able to change their name, even if it was the first time changing it.
In the Page Info section, you might have the option to request a name change.
Click Request Change.
Fill out the request change form.
When the form is completed click send.
If you do not have a requested name change visit Facebook Help Section to report a problem with your page. Explain what you are trying to accomplish.
A response might take some time.
