Would you like to start living your artist’s dreams?

Would you like to start achieving all of your goals?

In this post, you will discover 5 easy steps for writing goals that will change your life.

5 Easy Steps For Writing Goals That Will Change Your Life

Have you ever wounded why some people are successful?

They are three common factors that successful people share.

People who accomplish great things all start with a vision, set plans, and take action.

It is that simple., have a vision of what you want, develop a plan on how you will achieve it then act.

In this post, I will share with five easy to implement strategies that will change your life.

Step 1 Visualize Your Perfect Day

  • What would be your perfect day?
  • What would you like to be doing?
  • Would you like to be selling original artwork?
  • Would you like to supplement your income by selling prints of your original artwork?
  • What would you be doing to make people in your life happy?
  • Where would you like to be?

Answering these questions will help you to visualize exactly what you would like out of your life.

You will have a sharp vision of what you would like to be doing, where you would like to be, and who you would like to be with.

Achieving goals start with a vision.

Take five minutes and answer the questions above.

Step 2 Write Your Goals For The Next Year

The next step is to write out goals for the year to help you get closer to your dreams.

Write out three goals you need to achieve in the next year to make your vision a reality.

Write the goals as if you have already achieved them. Write them out as if they are a reality.

For example, I am selling X amount of paintings a week.

After you have the goals written down, print them out, and place them where you can see them every day.

I have my list of goals on my whiteboard in my office. Every day when I walk into my office, my goals are the first thing I see.

Step 3 Develop An Action Plan

Now take your three goals and write out steps you will need to take to achieve your written goals.

The strategy you create should be simple and very detailed.

Write them out so that anyone could follow them and achieve them.

Write down specific dates on when you will be acting and when you would like to accomplish each task.

Step 4 Break Down Your Strategy

The next step is to your strategy into sections.

This will help you to make achievable plans.

Break your strategies into:

  • Monthly strategies
  • Weekly Strategies
  • Daily Strategies

Your daily strategy should be written to achieve your weekly plan, and your weekly strategy should be written to help you achieve your monthly strategy.

The monthly strategies should be stepping-stones to help you achieve the three-yearly goals you have written.

Make sure you write your plans on the calendar. Doing so will hold you accountable and ensure you act.

At the end of each week, review your progress, and assess the outcome.

This will allow you to develop intelligent strategies for the upcoming weeks.

Step 5 Take Action

Now is the time to put everything into motion.

You cannot achieve remarkable things if you do not act.

Today is the one day closer to living your dreams.
