3 Facebook Apps to Engage with Customers

  • Facebook
  • Twitter
  • LinkedIn

Any artist trying to make a living off their work knows that social media is a powerful marketing tool.

Customers expect to be able to find and contact you quickly and easily, and if they can’t, they’ll take their business elsewhere. However, manually keeping up with all your different social media accounts can be a full-time job in itself.

That’s where Facebook apps come in. Apps can save you hours every week by linking all your accounts and automating some of the more tedious tasks.

For example, Hootsuite will automatically post your content to all your linked accounts, so you only have to create it once. Similarly, ManyChat lets you create automatic responses to common questions, so you don’t have to type out the same answers repeatedly.

Dozens of other apps perform similar functions, and finding the right ones for you can make a difference in how efficiently you run your business.

So if you’re an artist who’s looking to save time communicating with customers on social media, give some thought to which Facebook apps might be able to help you out.

Here are 3 Facebook apps that will help you to stay on top of your Facebook page as well as help you to save some time throughout the day.

Facebook Mobile App

This app will allow you to access your personal Facebook page, Fan page, groups, ads manager, and more. Just by clicking on the three bars on the bottom right.

This is just like logging into your Facebook page from your computer. The app has limits, but you can do many tasks on the go. You can comment on posts your target audience is engaged on, like, and share pages. Posting on your Facebook pages is also straightforward and will save you time because you will not have to sign on to Facebook from your computer every time you want to create a post.

Another great feature of the Facebook Mobile app is that you can upload photos and videos from your phone.

Facebook Page App

This app makes it easy to connect with your audience. With this app, you can post on your page. You can also like posts on your page.

When you are on the go this app will notify you of any activity on your Facebook page.

It allows you to like comments and reply to comments left on your posts. You can also “private message” someone from this app.

Customer service is an important factor for all businesses. No matter where you are, as long as there is service, you can communicate with your audience.

More features are located by hitting the three dots on the bottom right. You can view the activity on your page. You can view your draft posts and scheduled posts. Events, photos, and Page settings are also available.

This app can save you a lot of time by being able to work on your Facebook pages wherever you are.

Facebook Messenger App

Most people use the Facebook Messenger app to just communicate with people. You might be surprised that you can use this app to make international calls for free. Check your data rates and any fees associated with your plan.

You can also make a video call or leave a voice message. For example, you can send images to your customers of the final commissioned work they ordered for their final okay. This will make it easy to guarantee your work or to make any necessary adjustments. Go through the app to see how powerful it is.

Facebook Messenger marketing is a great way to build trust from potential customers.

Facebook Page Apps For Advertising

Facebook ads may seem intimidating but some tools will help you get the most from your campaigns.

Facebook Pixels

Facebook pixels are small pieces of code that can be placed on your website to track conversion rates, measure the success of your ads, and build targeted audiences for future ads. By tracking conversions, you can see which of your ads drive the most sales and adjust your ad spend accordingly.

You can also use pixels to create custom audiences for your ads. For example, if you want to target people who have visited your website in the past 30 days, you can create a custom audience using pixel data.

Facebook pixels are a powerful tool for advertisers, and they can help you get the most out of your ad budget. If you’re not already using pixels, we highly recommend starting.

Track Facebook Conversions

With the Facebook Ad Manager, you can track advertising conversions in a few simple steps. First, create a new campaign and select the ‘Conversions’ objective. Then, create your ad and include the conversion pixel on your website. Once you’ve published your ad, Facebook will begin tracking conversions. You can see how many conversions have been attributed to your ad by looking at the ‘Results’ tab in the Ad Manager. From here, you can also adjust your ad settings to optimize for conversions. You can ensure that your ads are driving results by tracking ad conversions with the Facebook Ad Manager.

How To Track Facebook Page Engagement

Facebook page engagement is the interaction between a business or individual and their fans or followers on the social media platform. This can include likes, comments, shares, and other interactions.

Tracking Facebook engagement is important for businesses and individuals who want to gauge the success of their page and determine how to improve their content strategy.

There are a few different metrics that can be used to track engagement. These include reach, which measures how many people see your content; engagement rate, which measures how often people interact with your content; and talking about this, which measures how often people share or talk about your content.

All of this information can be found in Facebook Insights. By tracking these metrics over time, you can better understand what type of content is resonating with your audience and adjust your strategy accordingly.

Taking the time to track your engagement on social media platforms will give you valuable insights that you can use to improve your social media marketing strategy.

How To Create Messenger Ads

Messenger ads are a great way to reach out to potential customers on Facebook.

Here’s how to create them:

First, you’ll need to create a Messenger bot. You can do this with the help of a service like Chatfuel or Manychat. Once you’ve set up your bot, you’ll need to link it to your Facebook page.

Next, create an ad campaign in Facebook Ads Manager. When creating your ad, select “Messenger” as your placement. Then, choose your target audience and budget.

Finally, craft your ad message. Keep it short and sweet- remember, people are chatting on Messenger, so they’re likely doing other things simultaneously. Make sure your message is clear and easy to understand.

Once your ad is live, people who click on it will be taken to Messenger, where they can chat with your bot. If you’ve set up your bot correctly, it will be able to answer any questions they have about your product or service.

Conclusion:

There are many tools available to promote a business online. Social channels, including Facebook Business pages, are a great way to build name recognition. However, making a social media presence takes time and a lot of effort. Take advantage of all the apps available that will make the job easier. You will also want to concentrate on the basics, like a clickable Facebook cover and filling out all of the information on the Facebook Business about me page to increase the chance of people discovering you.
